About Us
About Stackly Easy Living Realty
A small Tampa brokerage that sells one kind of home to people making one kind of move: toward less to maintain, and closer to the people they love.
It started with a staircase and a garage full of boxes
In 2012, Marguerite Callahan helped her mother leave a two-story house in Temple Terrace. She was a residential agent then, and she found that almost no one could tell her which nearby homes had a step-free front door. She made the list by hand, driving street to street.
She opened Stackly in 2013 with one desk in a rented office on West Kennedy Boulevard. That office is still ours. Denise Okafor joined to cover Sarasota, Raymond Castillo opened Tucson in 2018, and Walt Brenner started the Asheville desk in 2021.
Today we close about 40 homes a year, priced from $350K to $1.2M. We are not the biggest firm in any of these cities, and we do not plan to be. We would rather know every street we sell on, down to which block gets water in an August storm.
How we work
Measure first
Door widths, shower curbs and garage thresholds go in the listing notes. You should not find them on a walkthrough.
Show the full cost
HOA dues, taxes and insurance appear next to the price, because a low sticker price can hide a high monthly bill.
Go at your pace
Some clients buy in three weeks. Others tour for a year. Neither gets a follow-up call they did not ask for. Our advisors write down what you said you want and check each home against it.
Include the family
Adult children are welcome on tours and calls. Decisions stay with the person moving.
Stackly in numbers
The people you will talk to
Each advisor lives in the market they cover. Call any of them directly through the office line.
Founder and Principal
Marguerite Callahan
Marguerite founded Stackly in 2013 after years in residential sales in Tampa. She still reads every contract and takes the first call when a new client rings the office.
Advisor, Tucson
Raymond Castillo
Raymond grew up in Tucson and leads our desk there. He is known for pulling flood maps and HOA minutes before the first showing.
Advisor, Tampa and Sarasota
Denise Okafor
Denise handles Tampa and Sarasota and has sold in both for eleven years. She keeps a tape measure in her car and uses it at almost every tour.
Advisor, Asheville
Walt Brenner
Walt spent twenty years in construction before moving into sales in Asheville. He checks roofs, crawlspaces and drainage, and tells you plainly what he finds.

Plan on about half an hour for a first call. We ask for a budget range and a city, nothing else.
